What is the minimum order?
We offer three display options to choose from. The Basic Display is the smallest option and starts with 30 assorted products, presented in a compact layout, ready to be placed on your counter and offered for resale.
How do restocks work?
You can place a restock request through our customer support channel via email or WhatsApp. After reviewing your request, our estimated delivery timeframe ranges from 7 to 12 days, depending on the quantity ordered and the type of product.
Are promotional materials available?
Yes! We offer a selection of materials that can be shared on your social media, sent to your contacts, as well as a link to a sample catalog that you can use to present our products to your customers. Please contact us to learn more about the materials currently available.
Can I customize the product mix of a display?
Yes. Our displays come with a pre-selected and balanced product mix designed to help you test sales performance across our range. However, you may request product swaps and variations within the same category at no additional cost.
If you wish to exchange products across different categories, we will review your request and confirm availability and any potential difference in the display cost.
Can I create my own display with a custom product mix?
Absolutely! In this case, simply let us know that you’d like a custom display, and our team will assist you in defining the display size and layout, as well as selecting the quantity of products and variations that best fit your needs.
